I have been playing with Microsoft Photo Editor for awhile. It is a simple image manipulation application that can produce some neat effects. During the past few days, I have been able to put together some projects that use this tool. You can see my efforts here.

Another image manipulation application is available at www.photoisland.com. I made some projects that use the iEffects filters that are available at this site. This was a popular activity until this site went down.
